Deposit & refund policy

A 50% deposit ($533) is due at booking and reserves your slot against your lobby total of $1,066. The remaining 50% is billed and due on the day of installation. It is fully refundable up to 7 days before installation. After you submit this request we'll be in touch to confirm your installation window and send a secure payment link for the deposit — nothing is charged on this page. Your install happens within your selected week.

We don't install during high wind or heavy rain, but we always work around the weather to keep your installation on schedule.
